POLICIES

1. All work done must be paid for in cash, or through paypal at the time services are rendered, NO EXCEPTIONS. Paypal will be available on site for money transfers. We do not accept checks or credit cards onsite (except through paypal.)
2. Clients and guests will be required to sign a waiver form before working in the garage with NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to sign a form will negate the client from participating in any/all garage activities.
3. JDMmotorsports, it's employees or affiliates are not responsible for any defects in material or the for the products installed. If a problem arises with the INSTALLATION, we will be more then happy to fix the issue, just contact us and let us know what is wrong. We will do everything in our power to fix the problem.
4. JDMmotorsports, it's employees or affiliates are not responsible for the safety of clients or guests who chose to help in the garage, do so at YOUR OWN RISK. A first aid kit will be on site to take care of any cuts or bruises but again all participation is at own risk.
5. We are a teaching garage, which means if we are teaching YOU to work on a vehicle it may take a little longer to complete some projects, so please keep that in mind when getting the money together for the installation. TIME MAY BE DEPENDENT ON YOUR ABILITY/MOTIVATION TO LEARN.
6. JDMmotorsports reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. If we don't want to do it, WE DON'T WANT TO DO IT!
7. JDMmotorsports reserves the right to terminate a project at any point due to but not limited to the following:
   1. Client not listening to mechanics.
   2. Client becomes belligerent, or uncooperative.
   3. Client refuses to take safety advice from mechanic.
   4. Vehicle is deemed unsafe to continue.
   5. Mechanic deems client is not conforming to safe "garage" conduct.
   Clients and guests are expected to follow the rules. If a job is terminated due to any of the reasons listed, the client will be responsible for removing the vehicle with in one (1) business day, and also responsible for any or all work that needs to be finished on the vehicle.
8. Mechanic on duty has final say on all modifications and installations. That mechanic will be supported fully by management for all decisions in handling how an installation is completed.
9. The garage closes at 10pm. Any job that requires more time after 10pm will have to wait until opening of the next business day (storage rates will apply), clients are responsible for transportation to and from the garage in this event. This is not negotiable.
10. Please do not bring your significant others (girlfriends, wives, non workers, children, etc.) to the garage. We are not here to baby sit. We are here to complete your job. There is a picnic table in front of the garage with an umbrella, they will be permitted to sit there if they MUST come along. Just remember 3-4 hours sitting at a picnic table in the rain or sun may not be your friends idea of a good time.
11. JDMmotorsports reserves the right to place pictures, with descriptions, in the gallery section of this site for all vehicles worked on at the shop.
12. JDMmotorsports reserves the right to amend or add to any or all policies at their discretion.
